Non esiste una società dietro Prioritar: è una persona sola che opera i server, detiene le credenziali e decide cosa succede ai dati. The data controller is Mattia Fabietti, a natural person resident in Italy, who runs the service in his own name. There is no company behind Prioritar: it is one person who operates the servers, holds the credentials and decides what happens to the data.

Contatto per qualsiasi questione relativa ai dati personali, compreso l'esercizio dei tuoi diritti: prioritar.info@gmail.com. Prioritar è gestito da una persona, non da un ufficio: non c'è un indirizzo al pubblico, e quella casella è il modo per raggiungerlo. Se ti serve un recapito postale per una richiesta formale, chiedilo a quell'indirizzo e ti verrà fornito. Contact for anything concerning personal data, including exercising your rights: prioritar.info@gmail.com. Prioritar is run by one person, not an office: there is no public address, and that mailbox is how you reach him. If you need a postal address for a formal request, ask at that address and it will be provided.

Google and any AI assistant you connect are independent controllers for what they do: each has its own terms, which you accept directly with them. Telegram is no longer connected to Prioritar; it remains the independent controller of historic conversations kept on its own servers.

• L'assistente è dentro l'app, per testo, voce e allegati privati. La conversazione è salvata nel database, fino a 100 messaggi per account, ed è la stessa su ogni dispositivo in cui accedi. A ogni richiesta vengono inviati al server e a Gemini fino agli ultimi 16 messaggi come contesto. Il contesto contiene messaggi interi, fino a 32.000 caratteri complessivi: se un messaggio più vecchio non entra, vengono esclusi quello e tutti i precedenti. Quando invii nuovi allegati, anche nome e contenuto vengono inviati a Gemini per risponderti. I file salvati prima di questo aggiornamento restano esclusi finché non li alleghi di nuovo. Prioritar non riceve e non invia più messaggi tramite Telegram.The assistant is inside the app, for text, voice and private attachments. The conversation is saved in the database, up to 100 messages per account, and is the same on every device you sign in on. With each request, up to the last 16 messages as context are sent to the server and Gemini. Context contains whole messages, up to 32,000 characters altogether: if an older message does not fit, it and all earlier messages are excluded. When you send new attachments, their names and contents also go to Gemini to answer you. Files saved before this update stay excluded until you attach them again. Prioritar no longer receives or sends messages through Telegram.

• Il contenuto del tuo organizer. Attività e promemoria (testo libero, data, orario, priorità, ricorrenza), elementi delle liste personalizzate e le cartelle che le contengono, la lista della spesa (nome del prodotto, quantità, e un contatore di quante volte l'hai rimesso nella lista — cioè, di fatto, un profilo di ciò che ricompri), i pensieri e le idee con le loro categorie, le ricorrenze annuali (nome, data e tipo: compleanno, anniversario, ricordo, festività). Tasks and reminders (free text, date, time, priority, recurrence), custom-list items and the folders holding them, the shopping list (product name, quantity, and a counter of how many times you put it back on the list — in effect a profile of what you re-buy), thoughts and ideas with their categories, yearly dates (name, date and kind: birthday, anniversary, remembrance, holiday). Since 5 August 2026 a task can also hold a detail — free text you read while doing it, typically an address, a booking code or a price (limit: 2000 characters per task) — and can be broken into steps, which are themselves tasks linked to the main one. Since 7 August 2026 a yearly date can likewise hold free text saying what it is about — what a holiday commemorates, a gift idea, something to remember about the person (limit: 500 characters per date). Be aware of what that means: it is free text about a person who never consented.

Language, timezone (a coarse location signal), the time and state of the daily thought, and which Google connections you have enabled.
• I messaggi dell'assistente nell'app. Testo, trascrizioni e risposte sono salvati nel database, legati al tuo account, fino a 100 messaggi: i più vecchi vengono eliminati man mano che ne arrivano di nuovi. Ogni dispositivo in cui accedi mostra la stessa conversazione. Puoi cancellarla dalle Impostazioni, e la cancellazione vale ovunque. Su ogni dispositivo resta anche una copia non cifrata nel browser, per poterla leggere senza connessione; quella copia viene cancellata quando esci dall'account o quando accede un altro account. A ogni richiesta il browser invia al server e a Gemini il nuovo testo o la nuova trascrizione e gli ultimi 16 messaggi come contesto. Dal 15 settembre 2026 un'email che l'assistente scrive o invia per te — destinatari, oggetto e testo — resta sotto la sua risposta in questa stessa conversazione, con le stesse regole. Le bozze WhatsApp conservano anche il testo, il nome cercato e i nomi, numeri ed etichette dei contatti tra cui scegliere, nelle schede sotto la risposta: fino a 3 schede per risposta, al massimo 10 numeri tra cui scegliere per scheda e messaggi fino a 2.000 caratteri. Nell’app le schede WhatsApp hanno anche un limite complessivo di 8 KiB per risposta: se una nuova scheda non entra, viene rifiutata senza tagli. Seguono la stessa conservazione, copia offline e cancellazione della chat. Se tutti i dettagli delle schede di una risposta superano i 16 KiB disponibili nella cronologia online, resta il testo della conversazione e compare un avviso: quei dettagli potrebbero non essere disponibili alla riapertura.Messages in the in-app assistant. Text, transcripts and replies are saved in the database, tied to your account, up to 100 messages: the oldest are deleted as new ones arrive. Every device you sign in on shows the same conversation. You can clear it from Settings, and clearing applies everywhere. Each device also keeps an unencrypted copy in the browser so you can read it without a connection; that copy is cleared when you sign out or a different account signs in. With each request the browser sends the new text or transcript and the last 16 messages as context to the server and Gemini. Since 15 September 2026 an email the assistant writes or sends for you — recipients, subject and text — stays under its reply in this same conversation, under the same rules. WhatsApp drafts also retain the message, searched name and the matching contacts’ names, numbers and labels in cards below the reply: up to 3 cards per reply, at most 10 number choices per card and messages of up to 2,000 characters. In the app, WhatsApp cards also have a combined limit of 8 KiB per reply: a new card that does not fit is refused without truncation. They follow the chat’s same retention, offline copy and deletion rules. If all card details in a reply exceed the 16 KiB available in online history, the conversation text remains and a notice explains that those details may be unavailable when reopened.
• Gli allegati della chat. When you press Send, Prioritar keeps the photos, PDFs, modern Office documents, text files, audio and video you selected in private file storage: at most 4 files per message, 8 MB each and 12 MB altogether. Before sending, they remain only on your device. The database also stores each file's name, type, size and reference so it can be shown in the conversation. Files are not automatically deleted when their message falls out of the visible 100-message history: they remain until you clear the chat or delete the account.
• I vocali nell'app. L'audio registrato con il pulsante del microfono viene tenuto solo nella memoria del browser e del server per il tempo necessario, inviato a Google per la trascrizione e poi scartato: non viene salvato nel database, nella copia locale o nei log. Limit: 5 minutes per message. The transcript, however, counts as a written message from then on: it enters the saved conversation and is sent to the model. An audio or video file chosen with the paperclip follows the attachment rules instead: it is kept and, when sent through the new file-reading feature, shared with Gemini to answer your requests about its contents.

3.2 Quello che si genera da solo3.2 What is generated automatically

• Il pensiero del giorno. Dal 4 settembre 2026 è solo una citazione di un filosofo con il suo autore, nella lingua che hai impostato nell'app, scelta a rotazione da una raccolta che sta dentro il programma e verificata a mano. Non la scrive un'AI, non è tratta dai tuoi dati e di questo non salviamo nulla: quale citazione ti tocca in un certo giorno è un calcolo sul tuo identificativo e sulla data, uguale su ogni dispositivo, e l'unico dato tuo che viene letto sono le ricorrenze, per non proporre nessuna citazione nel giorno di un ricordo e in quello prima. Il messaggio viene aggiunto alla conversazione con l'assistente, come un qualsiasi messaggio della chat: vale quindi quanto scritto sopra per quella conversazione, compreso il fatto che si cancella dalle Impostazioni. Dal 16 agosto al 4 settembre 2026 il modello AI scriveva anche una riga che collegava la citazione al tuo organizer e ne conservavamo il testo per 30 giorni: quelle righe vengono cancellate con l'aggiornamento del 4 settembre e non ne vengono più scritte.The thought of the day. Since 4 September 2026 it is only a quotation from a philosopher with its author, in the language your app is set to, chosen in rotation from a collection that ships inside the program and was checked by hand. It is not written by an AI, it is not drawn from your data, and nothing about it is stored: which quotation you get on a given day is a calculation on your account identifier and the date, the same on every device, and the only data of yours that is read are your yearly dates, so that no quotation is offered on the day of a remembrance and the day before. The message is added to the conversation with the assistant, like any other chat message: everything stated above about that conversation applies to it too, including that it is cleared from Settings. From 16 August to 4 September 2026 the AI model also wrote one line connecting the quotation to your organizer and we kept its text for 30 days: those lines are deleted with the 4 September update and no more are written.
• Sessioni di accesso. Il sistema di autenticazione registra, per ogni sessione, l'indirizzo IP e il browser/dispositivo usato. L'indirizzo IP è un dato personale, ed è insieme al fuso orario l'unico segnale di posizione presente nel sistema. For each session the authentication system records the IP address and the browser/device used. An IP address is personal data, and together with the timezone it is the only location signal in the system. Today there is no automatic deletion of these records and you cannot see or delete them from the app: we write this because it is the case, not because it is fine.
• Registri tecnici del server. Servono a capire i guasti. Fino al 29 luglio 2026 questi registri contenevano anche il testo di quello che scambiavi con il bot: i messaggi, la trascrizione dei vocali, il contenuto delle attività e dei pensieri che il bot creava per te, i termini che cercavi e il testo completo del messaggio del mattino — che contiene i compleanni salvati. They exist to diagnose failures. Until 29 July 2026 these logs also contained the text of what you exchanged with the bot: the messages, the transcript of voice notes, the content of the tasks and thoughts the bot created for you, the terms you searched, and the full text of the morning message — which contains your saved birthdays. That means other people's names, dates of birth and, in some cases, phone numbers are in those entries too. Since that date the text is no longer written, and an automated check in the build prevents it from returning — but entries created before then remain until their retention expires (see §8).

This technical state stores none of the message, transcript, audio, reply or requested actions.

The channel and delivery code no longer exist, but this text-free record remains until account deletion.
• Autorizzazioni. Se colleghi Google, conserviamo il permesso di accesso in forma cifrata, mai il tuo account Google. Se colleghi un assistente AI, registriamo quale client hai autorizzato e quando.Authorizations. If you connect Google, we store the access grant in encrypted form, never your Google account itself. If you connect an AI assistant, we record which client you authorized and when.

Notifiche delle attività, se le attiviTask notifications, if you enable them

Le notifiche sono una scelta separata per ciascun dispositivo, nelle Impostazioni: non chiediamo il permesso alla prima apertura. Conserviamo l’indirizzo di consegna assegnato dal browser, le chiavi della sottoscrizione, un identificatore casuale del dispositivo, il collegamento al tuo account e la preferenza per i promemoria. Servono per ricordarti le attività con orario, comprese quelle ricorrenti, nel fuso orario del tuo account. I passi non hanno notifiche autonome. Il pensiero del giorno resta nella chat.Notifications are a separate choice for each device in Settings: we do not request permission on first opening. We store the browser-assigned delivery endpoint, subscription keys, a random device identifier, its link to your account and your reminder preference. These deliver reminders for timed tasks, including recurring tasks, in your account timezone. Subtasks have no independent notifications. The daily thought remains in the chat.

La consegna usa il servizio del browser: Google per Chrome/Android, Mozilla per Firefox, Apple per Safari. Questi servizi ricevono l’indirizzo di consegna, i dati tecnici necessari e un messaggio cifrato per il dispositivo; non ricevono il testo in chiaro da Prioritar. Le infrastrutture del servizio push non sono garantite esclusivamente nell’UE.Delivery uses the browser’s service: Google for Chrome/Android, Mozilla for Firefox, Apple for Safari. These services receive the delivery endpoint, necessary technical metadata and a message encrypted for the device; Prioritar does not send them plaintext task text. The device may show the task title on its lock screen. We do not send these data to an AI model to produce the notification. Push-service infrastructure is not guaranteed to remain exclusively in the EU.

Puoi disattivare le notifiche nelle Impostazioni o revocare il permesso nel browser/sistema. All’uscita o al cambio account questo dispositivo viene disiscritto; l’eliminazione dell’account rimuove tutte le sue iscrizioni. Un indirizzo scaduto viene rimosso quando il servizio lo rifiuta. Un messaggio già accettato dal servizio può restare in viaggio per al massimo 10 minuti dall’orario previsto; la consegna dipende da rete e sistema, non è una sveglia. Signing out or switching accounts unsubscribes this device; deleting the account removes all its subscriptions. An expired endpoint is removed when the service rejects it. A message already accepted by the service may remain in transit for at most 10 minutes from its scheduled time; delivery depends on the network and system and is not an alarm clock. Queues store only identifiers, times and outcomes: delivery records are cleaned after 7 days when the service runs, without titles; scheduling remains while needed for the task and subscribed devices. Backup copies follow the retention in section 8.

3.3 Categorie particolari di dati3.3 Special categories of data

Un organizer a testo libero finisce inevitabilmente per contenere informazioni delicate — salute, convinzioni religiose o politiche, vita privata — perché sei tu a scriverle in un'attività o in un pensiero. Va aggiunta una cosa che prima non era vera: dal 5 agosto 2026 le ricorrenze hanno un tipo che scegli tu, e due di questi tipi possono portare con sé un'informazione di questa natura — una festività che indichi può lasciar intuire una convinzione religiosa, e un ricordo registra un lutto e la data di morte di una persona. In quel caso non è il testo libero ad averla “fatta entrare”: è Prioritar a offrirti un campo strutturato in cui metterla. Dal 7 agosto 2026 quel campo strutturato ha accanto un campo di testo libero: la stessa ricorrenza può contenere una spiegazione di cosa sia, e su un ricordo quel testo parla per definizione di una persona morta. Prioritar non applica a questi contenuti nessun trattamento speciale, nessun filtro e nessuna protezione aggiuntiva: seguono la stessa strada di tutto il resto, compreso l'invio al modello AI e — se hai collegato Google Calendar — a Google. Se una cosa è particolarmente delicata, tienilo presente prima di scriverla qui. A free-text organizer inevitably ends up holding sensitive information — health, religious or political beliefs, private life — because you are the one writing it into a task or a note. One thing must be added that was not true before: since 5 August 2026 yearly dates carry a kind that you choose, and two of those kinds can carry information of exactly this nature — a holiday you record may imply a religious belief, and a remembrance records a bereavement and a person's date of death. In that case it is not free text that “let it in”: it is Prioritar offering you a structured field to put it in. Since 7 August 2026 that structured field has a free-text field beside it: the same yearly date can hold an explanation of what it is, and on a remembrance that text is by definition about someone who has died. Prioritar applies no special handling, no filter and no additional protection to that content: it follows the same path as everything else, including being sent to the AI model and — if you have connected Google Calendar — to Google. If something is particularly sensitive, bear that in mind before writing it here.

Le funzioni AI di Prioritar sono costruite sul modello Gemini di Google, chiamato tramite la Gemini Developer API. Quando usi l'assistente nell'app o mandi un vocale, a Google viene inviato: Prioritar's AI features are built on Google's Gemini model, called through the Gemini Developer API. When you use the in-app assistant or send a voice note, the following is sent to Google:

• il testo del tuo messaggio;the text of your message;
• il nome e il contenuto dei nuovi allegati che invii: immagini, PDF, audio e video vengono inviati direttamente; dai file di testo e dai documenti Office moderni estraiamo il testo. Per i file Office la lettura comprende testo, tabelle e formule, ma non immagini o grafici incorporati. Un file inviato senza messaggio riceve una breve descrizione o un riassunto: il suo contenuto non autorizza da solo modifiche ai tuoi dati;the names and contents of new attachments you send: images, PDFs, audio and video are sent directly; text is extracted from text files and modern Office documents. Office reading includes text, tables and formulas, but not embedded images or charts. A file sent without a message gets a short description or summary: its contents alone do not authorize changes to your data;
• gli allegati recenti come contesto, entro gli ultimi 16 messaggi, fino a 4 file e 12 MB complessivi per richiesta, dando precedenza ai nuovi file e poi ai più recenti. I file salvati con la precedente promessa di sola conservazione non vengono inviati: devi allegarli di nuovo per farli leggere all’AI. From 16 August to 4 September 2026 a wider set was sent once a day: open tasks including goals, the imminent yearly dates with any text about what they concerned, the last 8 thoughts written (shortened), the names of your lists with how many items each held, how many things were on the shopping list, remembered facts, the previous days' lines and three quotations to choose between. Until 15 August 2026 it was the morning message on Telegram, with a narrower set.

Due precisazioni oneste. First: the calls are made with a single shared key, so on Google's side every user's content arrives under one developer identity; there is no per-user isolation. Second: Prioritar is on the paid tier of the Gemini Developer API, and under Google's terms content sent on that tier is not used to improve its products. That is Google's term, reported as such: it is not our guarantee and does not extend to the assistants you connect yourself. How long Google retains prompts, attachment contents, audio and outputs is not determined by anything under our control.

Quasi tutte le cancellazioni passano dal Cestino, da cui puoi recuperarle per circa 72 ore; alcune operazioni, come l'eliminazione di una cartella vuota, sono immediate e non recuperabili. The AI does not only reply: on your request it creates, edits and deletes your data, and if you have connected Google it can create calendar events, Drive documents and one contact. Without being asked, it can also move to the Trash a single task that what you just told it leaves with nothing left to do, and it always tells you which one. A misunderstood instruction changes real data. Almost all deletions go through the Trash, from which you can restore them for about 72 hours; a few operations, such as deleting an empty folder, are immediate and unrecoverable.

The providers involved are the large US platforms, which state that they carry out transfers on the basis of the applicable adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. On request we will point you to the mechanism each of them declares.

Prioritar uses the primary calendar for outbound synchronization of organizer tasks and yearly dates, updating or removing linked events when the source changes. • Contatti — il permesso contacts consente di leggere, creare, modificare e cancellare i contatti della tua rubrica Google. Google richiede questo permesso anche per creare un solo contatto e non offre una versione di sola scrittura. Prioritar salva un contatto solo quando lo chiedi esplicitamente; prima legge soltanto i numeri di telefono di un massimo di 30 voci per evitare duplicati, senza conservare quella lettura. Quando chiedi un messaggio WhatsApp, cerca il nome indicato e legge solo nomi e numeri di telefono, con le relative etichette. La ricerca richiede al massimo 11 contatti: se sono più di 10, se i numeri tra cui scegliere superano 10 o se un numero non ha un formato internazionale affidabile, chiede di precisare la richiesta. Omonimi e numeri multipli richiedono una tua scelta. Google requires it even to create one contact and offers no write-only version. Prioritar saves a contact only when you explicitly ask; it first reads only phone numbers from up to 30 entries to avoid duplicates, without retaining that reading. When you request a WhatsApp message, it searches the name you specify and reads only names and phone numbers, with their labels. The search requests at most 11 contacts: more than 10 matches, more than 10 number choices or a number without a reliable international format require a more specific request. Namesakes and multiple numbers require your choice. Valid choices and the message remain in the chat card (§3); there is no full address-book import or synchronization, or editing or deletion of existing contacts. In the native feature, address-book results do not enter model context; a connected external assistant receives the requested choices through MCP.
• Gmail — dal 15 settembre 2026, il permesso gmail.send: solo invio. If you prefer not to connect it, the assistant still writes the email and opens it for you in your mail app — with the attachments, through your phone's share menu — where you send it yourself.

Un punto che riguarda proprio il trasferimento, e che va detto perché non è ovvio: se colleghi un tuo assistente AI (§6), quell'assistente può leggere il contenuto dei documenti e dei fogli nella cartella Prioritar del tuo Drive. One point about transfer specifically, said here because it is not obvious: if you connect your own AI assistant (§6), that assistant can read the contents of the documents and sheets in the Prioritar folder of your Drive. That is data originating from Google which, at your request and after your authorization, reaches the assistant's vendor. If you do not want that, do not connect an assistant, or do not keep documents in that folder that you are not willing to share.

Puoi cancellare l'account da solo: Impostazioni → Il tuo account. Ti viene mostrato per iscritto cosa succede e ti viene chiesto di scrivere una parola di conferma. L'operazione è immediata e irreversibile: non esiste un ripristino, né per te né per il titolare, e non c'è un periodo di grazia. You can delete your account yourself: Settings → Your account. You are shown in writing what happens and asked to type a confirmation word. The operation is immediate and irreversible: there is no restore, for you or for the controller, and there is no grace period.

Spariscono subito: l'account e l'identità, tutte le sessioni, attività, liste, spesa, pensieri, ricorrenze, fatti ricordati, il cestino, il profilo, la conversazione con l'assistente, tutti i suoi allegati privati e lo stato tecnico dell'assistente, compresa la registrazione storica dell'avviso. The Google grant is revoked first; if removing the attachments cannot be confirmed, Prioritar does not proceed with account deletion and shows an error, so files are not orphaned.

You have the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR. We do not list them in the abstract here: we tell you how they work today, including where they do not work yet.

Rispondiamo entro un mese. Prioritar è gestito da una persona sola: se una richiesta è complessa te lo diciamo e ti spieghiamo i tempi, invece di lasciarti senza risposta. We reply within one month. Prioritar is run by one person: if a request is complex we will tell you and explain the timing, rather than leaving you without an answer.

Se non riesci più ad accedere — per esempio perché hai perso l'account Google con cui ti eri registrato — non puoi usare i comandi dell'app, ma i tuoi diritti restano. Scrivi al contatto in §1: verificheremo la tua identità con i mezzi ragionevoli a disposizione ed eseguiremo la richiesta manualmente. If you can no longer sign in — because you lost the Google account you used, for instance — you cannot use the in-app controls, but your rights remain. Prioritar ti invita a inserire informazioni su persone che non sono sue utenti: le ricorrenze contengono nome, cognome e una data esatta di qualcun altro — la nascita, un anniversario, o la morte, se hai salvato un ricordo; un numero di telefono può essere salvato nella tua rubrica Google su tua richiesta; nomi e numeri possono essere cercati nei tuoi Contatti Google e conservati nella chat per preparare un messaggio WhatsApp richiesto da te; un'email può essere spedita dal tuo Gmail a un indirizzo che hai fornito tu, sempre su tua richiesta; nomi di familiari, amici e colleghi compaiono nelle attività, nei pensieri e nelle liste. Prioritar invites you to enter information about people who are not its users: yearly dates contain someone else's full name and an exact date — a birth, an anniversary, or a death, if you saved a remembrance; a phone number can be saved to your Google Contacts on your request; names and numbers can be looked up in your Google Contacts and retained in chat to prepare a WhatsApp message you request; an email can be sent from your Gmail to an address you supplied, again on your request; the names of family, friends and colleagues appear in tasks, thoughts and lists.

For that content you decide what to enter and why. When you use Prioritar for your own private life you normally fall within the GDPR's household exemption, which does not cover professional use. We ask you to enter other people's data only if you have a legitimate reason to hold it, to keep it accurate and to delete it when you no longer need it — especially for children and for sensitive information, to which, as stated in §3.3, the system applies no additional protection.

Yearly dates saved before 5 August 2026 record no timestamp, so for those we cannot say when the entry was obtained; from that date on we do record it. If you are one of those people and want to know whether you appear in someone's data, write to the contact in §1: we will answer, knowing that in most cases we will have to involve the user who entered you.

Diciamolo com'è: questa è una regola, non un controllo. Prioritar non chiede la data di nascita dei propri utenti e non ha alcun sistema di verifica dell'età, quindi si affida a quello che dichiari. E poiché i compleanni contengono spesso i dati di bambini inseriti da un genitore, ti chiediamo di leggere anche §11. Said as it is: this is a rule, not a control. Prioritar does not ask for its own users' date of birth and has no age-verification mechanism, so it relies on what you declare. And because birthdays often contain children's data entered by a parent, we ask you to read §11 as well.

Prioritar non usa cookie di profilazione e non ha nessuno strumento di analytics. Usa però la memoria locale del browser, e questo va spiegato: Prioritar uses no profiling cookies and has no analytics tool. It does use the browser's local storage, and that needs explaining:

Non tutte le modifiche però sono uguali, e trattarle allo stesso modo servirebbe solo a farti ignorare gli avvisi: quindi ne distinguiamo due tipi. The product changes, so this page will change too.
